According to sources, the new bid for Patanjali is 30% more than the bid of Adani Group.

Adani Group has bid for around Rs 3,300 crores to buy Ruchi Soya. At the same time, Patanjali has forced the Adani group to think of 30 percent i.e. 06 crore rupees from Adani group to buy as well as Souya!

According to sources, Patanjali has bid more than Rs. 4,000 crores to acquire Ruchi Soya. The meeting of the Committee of Lending Soyas is being held yesterday (Tuesday) in which the final decision on the bid can be taken.
